I’m happy to see that auto-skipping intros and some other features were finally added to the Apple TV app, but now I can’t enable them, even though I have Plex Pass. Do I need to jump through some hoop to do so it or is this a bug? My server and apps are all using the same account. Thanks in advance
Guess it’s a bug because I tried on another Apple TV and it let me enable auto-skipping
Did you only recently get your Plex Pass?
It might be worth to sign-out and back into the Plex app on the Apple TV in question.
It’s several years old, but I came back to say that logging out and back in let me enable the features. Thanks
