My Plex Server is down (started from auth/api major outage)

My plex server is down. It started from today’s major outage. The plex status website shows the outage issue has been resolved but I still can’t connect to server. Anything that I need to do on my end to resolve this?

It shows: ‘The server is unreachable’

Two of my Plex Media Servers were down on macOS. PMS was not running on either machine. Had crashed at 13:03 today. Relaunched PMS on both and so far they are running fine. Of course I wonder if it has introduced corruption into my databases.

you can check this easily for yourself, @ Plex Web > settings > manage > console

watch for anything that indicates sqlite database malformed or similar.

also, there is an admin notification on several clients, if you have them enabled.

Thanks. Yea I usually don’t have the debug or verbose logs turned on. I’ve turned debug on for both servers so I can use the Plex Console. And I have Push Notifications turned on so we’ll see!

don’t forget, you need to enable client notifications as well, you can check/uncheck the specific notifications you want to see.

I’m having the same problem but on Windows Server 2016.

After the outage, I can login into Plex but my server shows up as unreachable. I have attempted: restarting Plex, restarting Windows, installing a previous version of Plex and rebooting. Nothing appears to help.
