My Netgear Nighthawk X10 R9000 Router with built in Plex server does not show up in my Plex App or on the computer Plex site. My external usb hard drive shows up in my router but not my Plex account. Nothing Plex related works through my router anymore. I cant even find my Nighthawk X10 as a selectable option. Can you Please help?.. A customer service line would really improve the Plex business.

If your router see the external drive, then you need to set it up within the Plex Media Server tab on the router. You need to login to your router, click on “Plex Media Server” tab on the sidebar, then select the external drive. Make sure all folders and files are named properly.
If that doesn’t work, then its a router/Netgear issues, not Plex. You should contact Netgear directly.
