My PMS creates pixels when playing

Hello,

I’m running PSM on a Synology NAS and I have the plex pass so my NAS can use the material decoding.
Most of my movies are playing fine but there is one movie where there are so many pixels it is impossible to watch it.
I played to movie with VLC (using my Windows computer) and it is working fine. So the file itself is not the root cause.

I also remove any transcoding so it shoudl be direct and the problem is still there.

I don’t know what can cause this so I don’t know how to fix this.

Anyone have some suggestion?

have you checked the player settings ? (you are playing using Plex/Web, correct?)

Yes, I used max so I’m sure there is no transcoding performed. I also validated with the parameter when the movis is playing and quality is original.
