ich nutze als NAS eine Synology und auf dem PC und dem TV Gerät kann ich Plex problemlos nutzen. Auf dem Beamer hat das mit einem Himedia Q10 Player auch immer funktioniert, ein paar Monate ist dies nun aber nicht mehr möglich. Ich habe Plex auf dem Player mehrfach deinstalliert und neu eingerichtet, das Problem besteht aber weiterhin. Das Bild ist verpixelt und grün (siehe Bild) ich finde das Problem einfach nicht. Spiele ich außerhalb von Plex ab, also mit dem VLC Player z.b., dann gibt es überhaupt keine Probleme. Selbst wenn ich Plex ohne Konto nutze, kann ich die kostenlosen Filme abspielen. Erst wenn ich mich quasi einlogge gibt es ein Problem. Ich denke es liegt irgendwie an den Einstellungen, ich finde es aber einfach nicht. Vielleicht kann mir jemand von Euch helfen?
Thanks for you reply, but i don´t understand all of the things you explained. I created a new account and i still have the same problems. Maybe i dont understand how this really works. My Plex Deck on my Laptop ist connected to my plex account on my beamer? But there i have to chosse between laptop and mediaserver. If i change the settings on my laptop, will it also change on the deck of my beamer? The Deck there is totally different The settings are totally different. On my laptop i changed the settings to Disable video stream transcoding. I dont understand what you mean with fall back to version in package center or deleting the offendig driver.
Es hat absolut nichts mit deinem Plex Benutzerkonto zu tun.
Es ist ein Fehler in der Treibersoftware, die auf dem Synology NAS benutzt wird, um die QuickSync-Einheit in der CPU anzusprechen.
Ich benutze selber keine Synology, daher kann ich dir leider keine Detailinformation geben, wie man dort an den Treiber herankommt. Ich weiß nur, dass diese Geräte Linux benutzen.
