My posters are auto changing when I access a movie or click edit (video of problem included in post)

The video I’ve attached below pretty much explains the issue. It seems like Plex is choosing to refresh my movie posters if a new one has been submitted to TMDB. Can someone help me figure this out. I do a lot of editing with my movie posters so this is really worry-some. Were those movies ones (Mulan, Pocahontas) where you did choose one specifically before?

I believe I had selected custom I’m not positive. I did check my settings to verify I didn’t have any update metadata settings active. I don’t. Do the posters refresh regardless?
