My Server won't connect to the internet

I cannot connect to Plex outside of my house. My remote access just refuses to work and I have no idea why. I’ve gone through all the steps in Troubleshooting and looked through the forum and Reddit and nothing has worked.

Does the IP address Plex shows, match something like https://whatismyipaddress.com/ ?

Do you have static IP setup for your Plex server, and do you have the port forwarded to the server?
