hello, I purchase a WD 4T mycloud home NAS, and after I enable the Plex app, the next step if to configure Plex. when I click the configure button it opens another window only to have a blank screen. I have turned off my firewall, and disabled popup thinking this may be the issue, and also tried both the safari, and chrome web browsers. please help as I cannot input my Plex information.
