I’m using a NAS MyCloud Home Duo since a couple of years with the embedded plex server in it. I was able at the time of the setup, to add the Mycloud server to my plex account with all the libraries. Lately, I’ve started to miss space on my server and decided to buy a new one. To make it simple as possible, I bought the same Cloud duo and plugged it into my local network. I can see both of them in windows explorer (same name but drive path is different).
However, I’m totally unable to add this second plex server to my existing account, I’v tried and navigated through all options and I can’t find how to add it.
In the left hand side of the parameter menu, I can see the name of the existing NAS connected but I can’t add another, any suggestions please ?
I have activated the plex pluggin on the second NAS too btw.
