I just bought a MyCloudDuo16tb Drive. I already have a MyCloudHome 8tb drive that is connected to my plex account. How do i add the MyCloudDuo 16tb drive to the same account. I don’t see an area to do so through the settings. Can someone help walk me through the process? I am super stupid with these types of things.

I don’t know the specifics for that particular nas, but generally just install the package via whatever web/app store it has plex available on.
once the plex server app is installed to the nas, then you need to use your web browser to connect to the server,
sign in with your existing plex account (you can have multiple servers and clients with the same account),
and follow the setup wizard to configure any libraries paths/settings.
you should be able to access your pms nas @ http://ip.of.nas:32400/manage
something similar to @ (http://192.168.168.2:32400/manage/)
once your server is logged in, you should be able to access them @ Plex Web from anywhere with internet.
