MyCloudEx2Ultra NAS and Plex MediaPlayer

I am no longer able to connect to MyCloudEx2Ultra where all my music resides. I am using Plex Media Player on Ipad. I have Plex Media Server on a PC to manage the music and playlists. I have loaded the NAS with Plex OS 3 but I cannot update it to OS 5.

My Plex login credentials no longer work.

I seriously need some help.

What versions of Plex Media Server and the iOS app do you have installed on those devices?

Issue resolved. I have been away for 6 months and a lot has a happened to Plex. Found my login creds. Updated everything as needed. It’s all good now. Thanks for replying though!
