In the Remote access settings, could it be possible to add a “named-based” checkbox in addition of the “Public port-based” one ? Despite my PMS is remotely accessible, only through a specific public domain name and not from a specific port, PMS Remote access setting is still saying it’s not accessible from Internet.

It is configured. When I refresh, remote access is “green”, and then switch back to “red” after a second or two.
OK I realize I’m in the 2 routers NAT configuration. I’ll check on that first.
