It would be nice if Plex would allow you to name the devices or give them aliases, I have family that all of them use firesticks and keep the name as the default so I have like 6 devices all with the same name, if I could just name it an alias would make it so much easier.

You can set the device name in the Plex app settings on the FireTV device (Settings -> General).
That name shows up in Authorized Devices.
Works on my Fire TV Cube 1st gen.
