Hi, I haven’t seen NBA issues brought up so I’m making a post.
The issues I’ve noted:
- replays marked as new in guide
- consequently recording every mavericks game that plays
- later recorded (and shortened) replays are always selected to play via the ui
- if I start a “real live” game, pause, then later continue it, Plex always selects one of the replays and starts it at my continuation time–but since these are shortened replays i’m then blasted way forward in the game ruining it.
- NBA is mismatched as some Korean program (I lol’d hard when I saw this)
- No ability to set games to delete after X (no options at all)
Can this please be addressed.
I am recording every episode of my teams NBA. This means I’ve just recorded the same game four times over the last 16 hours.
- I still cannot start any in progress recording (worked three times on one game, never again)
- I still cannot set NBA games to delete after any condition.
- I still cannot fix NBA games to not be this Korean drama.
- All dates of games are incorrect in filename
Note the above recording did not fail. It just claims that it did. The file still exists on disk. I have almost 80GB of recordings of last nights game alone…
Another noticed NBA issue. I’m also recording every game that airs in spanish.
Still recording every single NBA episode. Every single game is marked ‘new’ in the epg. 22GB per game times 4 (or more) recordings…
Changed agent to “personal media” and now metadata is even worse:
- every duplicate recording makes it’s own library entry. Now I get duplicate entries polluting my library every game.
- metadata completely missing from every recording
- rogue ‘recording in the past’ errors for completed duplicates
So as of the last couple versions I am no longer recording my NBA games 4 or more times, BUT, “Baloncesto de la NBA” is still being recorded and I do not want it.
ALSO: Why can I not set sports to delete after I’ve watched? This used to be there. It still exists for all other scheduled recordings I’ve created, but not the ones that actually makes sense…sports.
Why can i still not set sports to automatically delete after X days, or delete after watched? I can’t figure out why the option was removed from sports in the first place. Two month+ old bug still completely unacknowledged.
