I really need to have 2 accounts merged. I messed up. Can an admin please DM me so thatI can provide the 2 account emails?
What I really want is to change the email address associated with Account #1 to the email that is assigned to Account #2 and then delete Account #2.

You must do so yourself.
Open a web browser window in “incognito”/“privacy” mode.
log into plex.tv with the credentials of your account #2.
go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
Make double sure that you are in account #2.
Delete this account.
Close the web browser window.
Now you better delete the cookies of the domain plex.tv and the browser cache to purge any residual data of account #2 from your browser.
Now you must wait for 1 month.
(no, there is no way to shorten or avoid this)
Then you login to plex account #1, go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account and change the email address there.
That is a shame I have to wait 1 month but I understand the reason. Thanks for the instructions!
