I have two plex accounts, one with a lifetime subscription and the other just a free account. I wanted to replace the email on the lifetime subscription account with the email from the free account. It will not let me do this though. I tried deleting the free account and seems to never go away. How do I go about doing this?
If you delete an account, there is a 30 day lockout until the associated e-mail can be used again with another Plex account.
Contact Plex Billing. Link at bottom of page. They may be able to switch the addresses for you.
I suppose there’s some confusion. This thread is not about creating a new mail account in the first place but about changing the mail address associated with a Plex account.
