I want to be able to backup my Plex metadata on my WD my cloud pr4100. Just in case something happens I have other family members 24 of them that have the same server and adding movies to their server cuz they live in areas where the internet is terrible but I add movies on every time and would be easier instead of having to fix all their movies is just adding new movies on and then putting my metadata on for them .can you please give me a step-by-step instructions or a video or something showing me it’s just so hard on this thing to access those locked files on the WD the app section I would just be a lifesaver and deforms don’t help just help me with a video or step-by-step I will love this person forever
