Need help restoring ownership of PLEX account after unauthorized access and email change

I received an email from Plex stating the email on my account has been changed. I logged in and confirmed someone had gained access and changed my email to theirs. It still says my google account is linked in the lower section, so I can still log in without entering their email and password. I tried following the instructions in the email I received, stating that I have 7 days to change it back, however once attempted, the link says expired. I sent an email to the billing department for help. I’m not sure what to do next. It says that they likely won’t responded on the weekend (today is Saturday). I am still logged into my account and have disabled remote access to the server. Any help would be appreciated on how to proceed. I bought the lifetime plex pass subscription back in 2014. Contact | Plex is the correct contact. If you already pinged them, your best shot might indeed be to wait for their reaction

I have almost the same problem, someone changed my email je*******@outlook.com on the de******@laanius.dk. It’s some corporate email, I do not know who is this, but I have returned all back.
