First off i’m not computer savvy. I’ve installed the plex media server app on my passport wireless pro, and during the initial setup its give me “core system is file is missing”. Followed instructions to get log in zip and here i am. I’ve attached it, any help please.

The error is returned if a number of agent processes are not started - these are python process and are the agents for movies, tv and music.
I do see lots of errors in the logs - could you try to uninstall and download again and see if problem clears
