Hi,
I’m running Plex on a My Cloud server. I’ve set up my iTunes so that its folder is on the My Cloud and in the Plex “My Music” folder. The music shows up, but without the info about artist and album title. The song titles show up. I’ve tried following various directions I’ve found here and elsewhere and nothing seems to exactly match what I see on my screen.
Any help y’all can offer would be greatly appreciated.
