Need help with xbox sever error

Hi. i my xboxone cant seem to find the server. I am getting error when i  play plex on my xbox. Server not found higher server required something like that.

 

I have plex app on my HTC M8 N GALAXY TAB. it works fine on those.

 

Also when i lauch my server on www.plex.tv after signing in it says UNKNOWN  no server found. when i am signed in already.

Sounds like you don't have [Remote Access](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200289506-Remote-Access) set up correctly. Have you done any port forwarding? Can you access it via other clients when not on your own network (such as cellular)?
