Need Plex staff help with changing email address

I recently realized that my Plex account is using my old email address, and that I also accidentally created another account with my current email address via Facebook connect. I deleted the accidental account, but it still won’t let me use my current email address, saying “Email is already in use”. Seems like I need a Plex employee to help with this. Thanks.
