Need account support - unable to change email address to previous owned Plex Account

I had two Plex accounts for testing and now that I got happy with the service I became a lifetime subscriber. I’ve deleted one of the Plex Accounts not realizing that the other had my preferred email address linked to the account. I thought, it’s not big deal because the other account was deleted I can just change the email address of the working account. Sadly that is not the case, my account says the email address is already taken even though the other account has been deleted. I may require more direct tech support to update my email address please.

There is a message on screen when you delete a plex.tv account, which informs you that the email address is not available to create another account for at least 30 days.

You can either wait a month and then try again to switch email addresses, or contact Plex Pass billing support https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing
