Need to link every time I launch plex app on smart tv

Every time I launch the Plex app on my LG smart TV, I’m told I need to link my account at https://www.plex.tv/link/. Once linked, I go into settings and update the settings so I do not need to login each time I access plex. However, when I next launch plex, I need to link again and the settings have reverted back again.

This is driving me nuts, and I don’t know what to do to correct this.

Can anyone help?

Should have mentioned that I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app on TV, but to no avail.

I have the same problem, don’t expect a reply from Plex, once they got your money, you are on your own. :frowning:
