Implement Netflix like tap gestures for mobile/tablet apps.

Double tapping on a portion of the screen should fast forward or rewind the video instead of the current action which is to enlarge the screen.

Swiping with two fingers should minimise or maximise the video. Instead of needing to tap the screen to show the UI and tap the x at the top right.

Subtitles should have a dedicated button.
