Can anyone suggest a simple solution for checking your internet connection.

I have this feeling I am loosing internet connection randomly.

I would like software, maybe in the form of a graph that i can look at and show a day or a week connections and see if i have lost my internet connection

So I set it up to ping say google every 15 or 30 seconds and i get it all layed out in front of me

i use pinginfoview, its nice because it allows you to ping multiple places.

or if you have a static ip or ddns setup, you could use pingdom.com to check you and notify you if you go down.
