Why do AMC and FX shows for me not show the logo others do. For example, when viewing “Game of Thrones” page the HBO logo is showing yet “The Americans” an FX tv show the logo is missing. It also does this for AMC shows like “Better Call Saul.” They were there not too long ago so somehow it got deleted recently perhaps with one of the Plex server updates it got erased as I stay up to date. Let me know if a screenshot is necessary to show what I am referring to. This is by no means a big deal, just something I noticed and am wondering if others lost as well.
Seems like the Netflix one is missing as well.
Are you referring to the network logo that shows up in the lower right hand corner on the main show page of Plex Web? Do the shows that are missing a network logo have the correct network listed in the “Studio” field? Choose the Edit Details > General from the main show page and scroll down to the “Studio” field. They should have either AMC or FX (US) in that field.
If you are instead referring to a logo on the show poster itself, that depends on the posters used by TVDB. Plex usually chooses the first one listed, but you can change that under the Edit Details > Poster option.
So The Americans is now showing and I did absolutely nothing. Guessing its TVDB. Look at the screenshots in case your wondering what I am referring to.
Usually right in that highlighted spot
And as you can see this now there. It is really not a big deal. I just thought I was going crazy and was curious.
and yes the studio area is filled out. Thats what I thought at first.
