Network support for China is getting worse

Plex Scrab Service totally out in Mainland China

Server Version#:1.40.4.8679 Player Version#:1.97.2.190-ca5000d0 Plex media server scrab service (use Plex Movie scraber) and online content disfunctional since about UTC 5:00 AM 2024/07/24 in most region of mainland china. The plex.tv cannot be accessed in some region. Changing scraber to TMDB would help sometime, but the scrab speed is extremly slow.
