Plex Server in China

I am running my Plex server from home, but I am not able to access my server outside of my home network. I’ve spent hours trying to do port forwarding on my network… but nothing seems to be working. Is there a known issue with running Plex in China?

There are no limitations in Plex. However, your router and/or ISP may have restrictions.

Restart your PMS, just let it sit there doing nothing for 3 minutes. Grab the PMS log and upload it here.
