This show isn’t using the new agent, it’s using legacy thetvdb agent.
The only requests I can see for TVDB images is to https://artworks.thetvdb.com/banners/ which isn’t even a valid image url.
If this is an issue on the new agent then I will investigate.
Not sure how that’s possible - the entire TV Show Library (the only TV Show Library) was switched to the New Agent - months ago:
… and yes - the entire library was ‘Refreshed’ - then and again yesterday.
The new agent is called “Plex TV Series”.

… and here I thought I’d have some control over what Agent my TV Show Library uses… as was indicated earlier in this thread…

Made the switch and Refreshing Metadata for 15,000+ episodes once again… 3 times now… it should be pretty fresh.
This is only applicable to legacy agents where you could “Fix Match” to a different agent on a show-by-show basis. The new agents (all of them) don’t work this way - everything in the library will be consistent with the agent you set for the library.
There we go - TMDB in charge.

Open TVDB Website
Edit to Match TVDB.
Kind of annoying - and time consuming, but I’m out of options.
For instance:
This show is so messed up at TMDB I can’t get an image of the woman who voices ROCKY THE FLYING SQUIRREL - nor can I even get the guy to created the show and voices BULLWINKLE THE MOOSE.
I can get Detective Cannon and Sherman…
Unfortunately I can’t edit Actors.
Cool.

That show looks like it’s still on the old agent.
The new agent will show a logo next to the rating and not just a star.
Have you refreshed this show after changing the agent?

The actors will look just like that when it’s done.
There are two of the same show at TMDB.
One is kind of correct
The other one is all sorts of messed up
Unfortunately the Main Actors have been messed up so bad, they’re locked up in the wrong show and I can’t get them in the kinda right one.
That message in with support is aging nicely.
Another week and it’ll be cheese.
Refreshing is done.
I’m left with fixing what I can edit - and getting used to what I can’t:

Looks like that 3hr edit at TMDB paid off - I got that to look forward to (in the remote chance I’ll want to fix another one - I don’t have that much time left).

I remember not too long ago - this stuff didn’t need an edit after naming with FileBot and placement. It used to ‘just work’.

Copy and Paste from TVDB seems to be the new thing…
Really slows down the adding of media - but has my inconvenience at an all time high.
That ‘Feature’ to periodically fetch metadata NEVER gets any for shows that don’t have any, but WILL blow the metadata for a 40 year old show that had plenty.
It’s in my best interest to go ahead and copy and paste right from jump street. Saves me having to do it months later - when it’s still blank.
