I definitely would appreciate the settings option. I didn’t have any issues. Should I have an issue, I know to try turning it off first. It could be because I’m an IT geek so I’m willing to live on the edge and help out where I can, but I can appreciate not wanting that for the normal folk.

Also, while Infuse is an option, I don’t find it to be a good one from a usability POV. No live TV and the duplicates showing up when the show/movie is downloaded is a PITA. I’ve temporarily (Hopefully) switched to a different DVR in the meantime but still use Plex for my Apple TV, just not phone/ipad.

I agree, having the settings option, at least in the TestFlight versions would be good. Then we could at least work to troubleshoot the issues and provide feedback data.

The audio engine seems to have changed on my apple TV. Before I didn’t have the option to “simulate spatial audio”. Now it is possible even though the sound is converted in stereo. Maybe we are moving towards a solution like Infuse?
