New Audiobook Metadata issue

When I add new audiobooks to my server, they seem to register the author metadata of the most recent (previous) audiobook added, rather than the specific one just added. I hope that’s clear. For example, I added an audiobook a week ago. Yesterday I added 6 new ones, all by different authors, and they all registered as having the author of the one a week ago. I have checked the metadata with several different multimedia managers/editors and the issue is not with the media. It seems to be how Plex is registering them.

Refer to this attached photo to see what I’m referring to. All of those Audiobooks have Ravi Zacharias as the author. None of their metadata, when addressed in iTunes or any other audiobook editor, has him as the author. As far as I can tell this is a Plex issue, but I don’t know how to fix it.
