i need a dedicated server reccomdations for 5 streams 1080P lower power draw cheap as possible but expandable for more streams in the future, all media will be stored on a qnap nas that is currently running my pms with plex pass
os will be ubuntu on a 250gb ssd, i dont know where to start picking a cpu or video card, mother board

Just a smal tip, if you plan to go with a cpu with hw acceleration “Intel Quick Sync Video”, make sure also the motherboard actually supports this feature, as I experienced, not all motherboards do…
