I recently installed an HD Homerun Quatro. I have a Windows 10 Media Server running Plex. Initially the Program Guide Grid functioned fine. Now it is missing and I can’t figure out how to get it back.
having the same issue. Plex will not download the program guide for me either.
Try to dowgrare to 1.16.0
Delete the DVR
Upgrade to 1.16.2 or later
Add back the DVR
Thanks, that did the trick!
I was running an older version of plex 1.16.3 and noticed my TV grid was gone as well. I upgraded to plexmediaserver-1.16.5.1554-1e5ff713d.x86_64 (on CentOS 7) and it was still gone.
This is how I fixed it and got the grid back
I backed up my folder /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server
Then found the file Preferences.xml (located in /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Preferences.xml)
I stopped the plexmediaserver
I made PlexOnlineHome=“1” and PublishServerOnPlexOnlineKey=“0” and removed PlexOnlineToken
Then started it again
I think this had the effect of unclaiming the server. so when I logged back in the web interface I had to claim it again.
After that my gridlines were back.
So, I suspect this gridline settings is held on their server somewhere.
For yucks I restored the original Preferences.xml file, and the grid was there.
I am not sure what fixed what, but sharing my findings.
