Yep, nearly like that. The Seasons were just called Season 2019, not Formel 1 2019.
You can see here that Formula 1 appears to be correct for other countries:

EPG and scheduling Recurring Sports Events

So I just looked into this and it does appear that the full slate of Belgian Grand Prix programming scheduled correctly when selecting record “All Formula One Racing Events”. Regardless of naming conventions the scheduler utilizes unique program IDs to identify individual events and schedule accordingly.
