Hello, this is my first post in the plex forums. I’m desperate because I found a old issue, that was not fixed in the last two years.
Like in this Thread: EAC3 7.1 (Dolby Digital Plus 7.1) Incorrectly Labelled as EAC3 5.1
mentioned before, there is a issue with Plex’ detection of EAC3 7.1 Soundtracks, they will be tagged as EAC3 5.1.

I’m desperate to find a quick solution for this issue, but perhaps some of you have new informations.
