New Library for Collections with Cross-Library access

There’s actually already an existing suggestion discussing an option to have a central „Collections“ section in the sidebar — same as for playlists. The suggestion is also discussing to aggregate the different per-library collections. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes (closing this one as a duplicate).

So now that there is a useful collections function, please make it easier to actually VIEW collections. Please add collections as a virtual library node, like for example playlists is. Where it is specifically located on the main library node, doesn’t particularly matter to me, above/below playlists, or at the end of the user libraries, whatever.
