New library is listed but not scanned

Server Version#: 1.41.9.9961-46083195d
Player Version#: 4.147.1

OS: Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS

I added another USB SSD 2TB to my mini computer that holds only mp4s for Plex. I added its folder to my main library Twilight Cinema. Twilight now lists three libraries:
/media/dellserver/Toshiba2T (ext4) (the newly added USB)
/media/Movies
/disks/2TUSB

When I scan Twilight Cinema /media/dellserver/Toshiba2T does not get scanned.

What have I missed?

Don’t put things in /media unless you have a FSTAB mount for it.

I learned the hard way that to edit the read-only fstab one has to issue the command:

mount -o remount,rw / --target /

and then nano fstab

If you save and close fstab and then want to edit the file again you will have to issue the mount command again, then open your editor.
