New media not added to Plex

Last 3 days new media doesn’t show in Plex.

Tried the options in the printscreen but no one helps

Creating new library and adding new/old media is also not working. Also stopping and starting Plex on my Synology does not solve the problem.

Please help…

Maybe bug in de newest Plex?

Synology systems often forget permissions. Make certain user Plex still has permission.

Will also need log files please

  1. Scan files
  2. Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  3. Attach ZIP file
