Unable to add media files to Plex hosted on Synology NAS after update to NAS OS

I recently updated my Synology NAS OS to the new v7. After doing that I had to update Plex Server to the new version that support this new OS. I now find that I am unable to add any media (apparently of any type but mainly trying movies and TV shows). Normally, Plex sees and adds new files quickly, but now nothing. I have the Scan Library Files option for both movies and TV with no luck. I haven’t found much in the logs I’ve looked at regarding any problems processing new files. In fact, I don’t see anything at all being added to the logs (yes, debug logging is set to Enable). However, I did see a few entries where some processing was being done during the early morning hours in other areas such as music files where access was denied. I’m dead in the water with new files until I can solve this. Can anyone help with this?

I think I may have found the issue. Yes, I did forget to set the new permissions for System internal user. :crazy_face: Oops!
