New movie posters are just frames from a film

As I’m adding films now I’ve noticed the posters are just frames from the film. I’ve tried analysing them again, and refreshing them.
The meta data is also very limited - Directors, country Content Rating and genres are populated, but nothing else.

My Library is set to use the “Plex Movie Scanner”, and the agent is set to freebase.

Under agents and freebase Freebase is at the top followed by local media assets, the movie database and opensubtitles.org (fanart.tv, and movieposterdb are there but not ticked)

This used to work so I don’t know if somethings changed?

Just so other know it’s because freebase is dead now. Switched to a different agent and that sorted i.t

I think you would’ve gotten the same outcome if you ticked TMDB in the agent settings of Freebase.
(ignore the ‘OFDB’ agent in the screenshot, it is only useful for german users)

This has the added benefit that you’re still getting automatic trailers and extras.
