New Plex app does not respect ALT + ENTER

I went in to fix Alt+Enter support last night and ran into a weird situation.

Explorer, Chrome, Edge, Visual Studio Code support entering and exiting fullscreen using F11; Alt+Enter isn’t support.

Which apps do folks see that support Alt+Enter?
