New Plex Media Server

Hello, I have created a freenas enviroment where I installed a plex media server. I can see it on my PC’s, and Roku. I have run into a problem where it says that the server is offline or unreachable on my Vizio Smart TV. Is there a solution to get this resolved or do I need to go buy another Roku to make it work?
