I am having no luck suddenly to get connected when using plex either through Vizio smart tv or through my Roku. No matter what I try it keeps saying no connection to server. I hate that we pay for this service and there is no phone number or email address to get support through. Please someone help me.
Can any other device connect to the server such as your browser???
Are your connections hard wired or WiFi?

Where and what is the server?
What versions?
and as stated Wifi or hardwired.
