New Plex trailers not working but legacy do

Trailers/Extras failing to transcode

Same here Only started happening when I upgraded to Version 1.24.2.4973 couple of days ago. After upgrading any new Movie or TV Shows, has the same error. Also happening to any older content before upgrading, if I refresh their metadata. I am running PMS on Windows 10. Movies and TV Shows works fine just not the extras/trailers. In the logs I found this error when playing trailers. [image]
