New Plex TV Scanner is grabbing metadata of seasons but not finding metadata of episodes

The Plex TV Scanner Agent is matching the correct show, and adding the correct season and description (metadata), but it will not import the metadata of the episodes. This is for Naruto Shippuden. I will import the first season’s episodes, but everything else, nothing. My files are named and organized correctly.

Another issue is that Dragon Ball Super has multiple seasons in the plex database but it looks like all of it is in one season.

I am pretty sure this is where plex grabs metadata using its new agent and scanner.

Are you sure you’re using the TVDB for ordering? For me the default episode ordering seems to be MovieDB for some reason, so if you have them named for TVDB they might not work
