New PMS update, can no longer see Rokus

Server Version#: 1.16.31402

After upgrading server to this version, I can no longer see Plex on any of our Rokus (3 different models) for casting to from the plex clients. This happened immediately after upgrading to the latest plex server. Web clients however show up as cast targets still.
