Just updated to Server Version 1.41.6.9685 (Plex Pass) and Skip Intro: Gone, Skip Credits: Gone No longer in Settings and Unwatched Indicator is Back and option to turn off No longer in Settings

Auto Skip on Commercials (DVR) also missing.

I seem to have lost the ability to watch movie trailers and click on actors and view their IMDB movies. Etc.

I’ve lost the ability also to click on actors and view any additional info, but I still can watch trailers.

I’m still on 1.41.3 I just enoticed this tonight too, so it’s not the server version that’s the issue. It’s just ALL gone

If not the server, then ok, a coincidence this happened the same day the new PMS was updated and installed, but its not the Roku Plex App as v7.31.7 hasn’t been updated since Jan 28, and same problem with the Roku Plex Preview v7.35.12

The missing options are all Plex Pass ones.

Is anyone on this thread a Plex Employee that can look into this?

Me too, and other problems as well.

  • “Visible on” collections no longer show on Home page.
  • Music hub takes forever to come up. It generally times out first, then I try a second time, and it works then.

This happens on all clients - web, desktop, roku.

This started this morning, and since my server picked up a new PMS container last night, I’m sure that’s the problem.
