Hello All,
Recently i updated to the newest version of the Server 0.9.16.3. After doing the update I am having trouble playing things on mobile devices. It used to work without fail inside and outside of my house. Since the update, my Android phone wont play any movies, i get the “The was an error playing this item, please restart the server and this app and try again.” When i get a TV Show to play it plays but i get a message stating my connection isnt strong enough. My wife has an iPhone and it plays some movies but errors out on others. When it comes to computer however, everything works flawlessly. My wife and I both have MS Surfaces. We have tested her inside the house, we’ve tested mine while im at work, and we’ve tested from a friend’s house as well. Computers all seem to work perfect. Nothing has changed with my internet and I just dont understand whats wrong with Mobile devices. The reason this is necessary for me is that we use our phones and our Chromecast to put movies/kids shows up in the playroom for our son from time to time and we use it in our bedroom with a Chromecast where we have yet to go get a Roku. I am getting to the point where i will go get one because our Roku in our family room is still working great. Any guidance would be helpful, thank you!!
