Android tablet and phone playback error

For quite some time now I have not been able to watch the videos on my local server on any of my Android devices. I have 2 Samsung phones and 2 Samsung tablets. The all give the same error “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.” Using the player through the server, using the player through the web app, using the player on 2 different PS4’s and a Vizio smart TV all work fine. Only the phones and tablets are not working. All files are local on a QNAP server and previously worked with no problem on the same phones and tablets they are not working on now.
